Products may be ordered on-line via this web site, or by postal mail using our order form.

 

Orders require pre-payment* either electronic on-line or by check in US funds sent by postal mail. For international orders we also permit bank wire transfer, but orders paid by this method incur an additional $25 USD fee to cover bank charges.

 

Our on-line ordering and payment service is www.PayPal.com which can accept credit card payments. We have no other method of processing credit cards except PayPal. When shipments are required, we will ship only to the address indicated on your PayPal-processed order.

 

Software products are delivered by a download link accompanied by a Serial Number required to install the software on your PC. Upon running the software on your PC, it will display your PC's Host ID, which must be emailed to us so that we can generate a unique Upgrade ID (unlock code) to enable the full features of the software on your PC. Until the Upgrade ID is installed, the software will only operate in simulation mode with full features or in evaluation mode with limited features. Once an Upgrade ID has been delivered we can not offer a refund - therefore be sure to evaluate the software to make sure it meets your needs prior to placing an order.

 

Hardware products shipped to a US address are usually delivered by US Postal Service Priority Mail (3 to 5 business day delivery). Products shipped to an international address are shipped by Federal Express International Economy unless otherwise negotiated.
